Regulations for using the services of dr Anna Wojciak

 1.Services and quality of their provision

The company drannaplushealth.com accepts people who agree to contact dr Anna Wojciak and accept the terms of these Regulations. In the case of client under 18, the consent of parents/legal guardians and the client himself is required.

The company drannaplushealth.com offers consultation meetings. Consultations take place remotely (online) or at agreed by the client place. Consultations last up to 60 minutes each. If the client is late for a session, its duration is not extended. 

2.Confidentiality of sessions and the well-being of the client

The content of the consultation/session remains confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. In the case of client under 18 years of age, Dr Anna Wojciak provides the parents/legal guardians with general information regarding the client’s problems and difficulties, information regarding the progress of coaching. However, he/she does not provide information on the detailed course of the conversations or information obtained from the client. The consultation/session may be recorded in audio form only with the mutual consent of the client and dr Anna Wojciak.

Dr Anna Wojciak may refuse to provide a service or interrupt a consultation to a client who is under the influence of psychoactive substances, is aggressive or has arrears in payments. In order to ensure the security of online consultations, both the Dr Anna Wojciak and the client are obliged to: use devices on which a current and legal operating system and antivirus software are installed use accounts (e.g. e-mail account, Google account) in a safe manner, and in particular: use only secured internet connections, set a password or other block on the device and on the above accounts used during the online session, protect devices and passwords or other block against access by third parties, protect data stored on the device and on the servers of internet platforms or portals on which materials are placed after the consultation against access by third parties; in particular, this applies to records of e-mail conversations and materials and diagnostic questionnaires sent by e-mail

During the consultation no other people may be in the room where the client is staying unless agreed otherwise with Dr Anna Wojciak. Dr Anna Wojciak undertakes not to sell or make available to third parties the device from which she conducts online consultations. Dr Anna Wojciak is not responsible for the stability and security of Google communication systems, email servers and telephone connections, or other digital platforms used to transmit data. By deciding to have a consultation in a remote (online) form, the client agrees to use the services of external suppliers, undertakes to read and accept the regulations and security policies of these suppliers. He/she also understands the risks associated with this form of cooperation and undertakes to minimize them. 

3.Sessions and payments for consultations with Dr. Anna Wojciak can be scheduled through the website drannaplus.com. The condition for accepting the reservation is that the client provides his/her name, surname and telephone number, which will be used exclusively for communication between dr Anna Wojciak and the client. Payments for consultations conducted online should be made by traditional transfer to the bank account number. The fee for the online session should be posted to the bank account indicated by dr Anna Wojciak no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. The current price list of services is available on the website. Changing and cancelling the reservation No fee is charged for a consultation or session cancelled by the client no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date. For a consultation or session cancelled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting date or in the event of the client’s absence from the session and failure to cancel it, the client is obliged to pay a fee of 100% of the consultation price.

The Regulations are effective from 12.8.2024 and may be subject to change. In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to resolve the matter  amicably.
